Our Doctor

Dr. Angela Dussan was born and raised in Colombia where she became a Dr. of Optometry from La Salle University in Colombia. In 2010, She furthered her education in Boston Massachusetts where she obtained her Doctorate degree from the New England College of Optometry. This acquirement included training with the Veteran’s Administration hospital system, as well as community health clinics focusing on an emphasis in ocular disease. Thus, she provides extensive eye examinations for adults and children. This includes eye health treatments and management of eye diseases, such as Glaucoma, allergic conditions, infections and the co-management of laser vision correction with distinguished surgeons in the New York area.

Dr. Dussan fits standard and specialty contact lenses. Through her customized approach to contact lens fitting, she is able to offer patients enhanced comfort and clarity of vision. Nonetheless, she strives to ensure that her patients recognize all aspects of their condition and explore all possible treatments. Her philosophy is simple, every patient is treated as if they were family; with compassion and respect.
